Why was my order rejected?

Last updated Aug 16, 20261 min read

Before sending the order again

When an order is rejected, do not resubmit the same order without checking it. The status message in the Terminal and the order values are the best starting points. Rejection can relate to account connection, symbol or market state, order type, volume, price, or stop-loss/take-profit levels.

Check list

  1. Read the message or status displayed in the order panel.
  2. Confirm the correct account is selected and connected.
  3. Check the symbol and its market state.
  4. Review order type, required price, volume, and displayed allowed minimum/maximum.
  5. Check Stop Loss and Take Profit against the rules displayed for the symbol.
  6. After correcting a value or status, try once again.

If the error repeats

Record the error text, time, symbol, and order type, then use official support without sharing a password or sign-in information. If the issue concerns account data or connection, follow the account-data guide first.
