Terms of Use
By accessing TRAIA or using any part of its services, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the website, user account, tools, trading features, analytics, copy trading services, or any other service provided by TRAIA.
These Terms are intended to define the legal and operational framework governing the relationship between the user and TRAIA, including the role of each party, the scope of the services, and the limits of responsibility, liability, and risk.
1. Service Definition
TRAIA is a technology infrastructure operating in the field of trading and investment services. It provides users with access to a range of tools, data, analytics, and features related to financial markets. These services may include trading account connectivity, performance analytics, trading data visualization, copy trading features, educational content, rankings, behavioral metrics, discipline-related insights, and other related functionality.
However, the nature of TRAIA’s services is strictly technological, informational, and infrastructural. TRAIA does not act as a broker, investment manager, custodian, financial advisor, or direct executor of trades.
2. Role and Position of TRAIA
TRAIA is not a broker and does not hold users’ trading accounts or funds. TRAIA does not directly execute trades, does not accept orders as a counterparty, does not manage capital on behalf of users, and does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
TRAIA’s role is limited to providing infrastructure, tools, interface layers, analytics, and data-driven services to help users better monitor, evaluate, and manage their activities. The existence of these tools does not mean TRAIA is involved in or responsible for the user’s trading or investment decisions.
3. Full User Responsibility
The user remains fully and solely responsible for all actions, decisions, and outcomes arising from the use of TRAIA. This includes, but is not limited to, choosing providers, using copy trading features, determining risk levels, allocating capital, evaluating broker conditions, understanding execution mechanics, complying with local laws, supervising positions, and deciding whether to continue, stop, or modify any trading activity.
The use of any metric, score, ranking, analytic model, insight, or platform feature does not transfer responsibility from the user to TRAIA. Users must maintain independent judgment at all times.
4. Responsibility for Trading and Execution
The user expressly acknowledges that all trading activity, whether performed directly or through TRAIA’s tools, interface, infrastructure, or copy trading features, is carried out entirely at the user’s own risk.
TRAIA does not control final pricing, execution speed, slippage, requotes, network quality, latency, broker-side policies, liquidity conditions, or technical limitations of third-party systems. As a result, if a trade is delayed, executed at a different price, partially filled, rejected, mismatched, or displayed differently from what appears within TRAIA, TRAIA shall not be held responsible.
5. No Financial Advice
All information, analytics, rankings, scores, behavior metrics, charts, reports, signals, comparisons, or performance-related content displayed on TRAIA is provided solely for informational, analytical, and educational purposes. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, a recommendation to follow a provider, an endorsement of any strategy, or a guarantee of profit.
Users remain solely responsible for evaluating whether any action, provider, or strategy is suitable for their own circumstances.
6. User Account
Some services may require account registration. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to keep such information updated when needed. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, security codes, and any access-related information connected to their accounts.
Any activity conducted through a user account may be treated as activity carried out by that user unless proven otherwise through sufficient evidence. If the user becomes aware of any unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or security breach related to the account, they must notify TRAIA promptly.
7. Paid Services, Subscription, and Payments
Certain TRAIA services may be subject to payment, subscription fees, service charges, or other announced pricing terms. The terms applicable to each paid service, including billing cycle, renewal logic, access scope, usage limits, cancellation rules, and any stated refund conditions, may be presented at the time of purchase or within the relevant service page.
If a service is offered on a recurring basis, access may continue until cancelled. Failed payments, chargebacks, billing issues, or breaches of payment terms may result in suspension, limitation, or termination of access. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
8. Suspension, Restriction, or Termination of Access
TRAIA reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict, suspend, or terminate user access in cases involving violation of platform policies, suspicious activity, abuse of services, security concerns, compliance risks, technical threats, or legal obligations.
Such action may be taken without prior notice, especially when delay could increase risk or create harm to users, the platform, or third parties. Suspension or termination does not necessarily entitle the user to indefinite access to prior records, services, or stored data.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights related to TRAIA, including but not limited to the platform structure, design, interface, written content, software, algorithms, processed data, trademarks, graphics, logos, system logic, models, and related materials, belong to TRAIA or its authorized licensors unless stated otherwise.
Any unauthorized copying, extraction, redistribution, systematic scraping, reverse engineering, commercial exploitation, or use outside the permitted scope is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRAIA shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, loss of capital, loss of profits, missed opportunities, incorrect or failed order execution, price discrepancies, slippage, latency, system interruptions, connectivity failures, broker-related issues, data inconsistencies, infrastructure problems, or any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Users acknowledge that the platform may experience interruptions, changes, limitations, or discontinuation at any time.
11. Changes to the Terms
TRAIA may update, revise, or supplement these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the platform or communication through official channels. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to TRAIA’s operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication and internal review. If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be pursued through the appropriate legal or dispute-resolution channels.
