TRAIA does not provide investment advisory services. Its role is limited to offering infrastructure, analytics, and information to support user evaluation and decision-making.

2. No Performance Guarantee

Any information relating to returns, profits, losses, win rate, drawdown, rankings, or scores is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. These figures may be influenced by market conditions, broker differences, execution timing, user settings, account conditions, or other variables.

Use of copy trading features is entirely at the user’s own risk. TRAIA does not guarantee provider performance, is not responsible for differences between provider and follower outcomes, and is not liable for any loss resulting from following a provider or strategy.

Users must independently evaluate whether a provider or strategy is suitable for them.

5. Technical and Infrastructure Disclaimer

TRAIA is not responsible for outages, errors, delays, incompatibilities, interrupted data transmission, display problems, temporary or permanent service disruption, infrastructure failure, or any technical issue arising from servers, internet connectivity, brokers, third-party service providers, or software limitations.

In simple terms, if a user experiences loss, inconvenience, mismatch, delay, or inconsistency due to technical disruption, platform slowdown, data lag, or connectivity issues, TRAIA shall not be liable, even though reasonable efforts may be made to minimize such problems.

6. Third-Party Services

TRAIA may rely on third-party services to provide parts of its functionality, including brokers, payment processors, analytics tools, infrastructure providers, hosting services, monitoring services, or other technical partners. TRAIA does not control the availability, quality, policies, restrictions, or continuity of such services and is not responsible for losses or issues arising from their failure, interruption, modification, or termination.

7. Use of the Platform at User’s Risk

The user acknowledges that the use of TRAIA is entirely voluntary and at their own risk. This applies to the use of information, analytics, reports, trading tools, copy trading, behavioral insights, rankings, and any other platform functionality.

TRAIA provides tools; it does not assume responsibility for how those tools are used or for the consequences of that use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRAIA shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of capital, loss of profits, decisions made based on platform information, inability to use the platform, interruptions in service, or any negative outcome arising from the use of, or inability to use, TRAIA.
